Terms of Use

TorqPlan produces planning guidance from deterministic rules and reference data. It is not professional tuning, mechanical, engineering, safety, emissions or inspection advice, and it is not a certification of any kind. You are responsible for every decision you make about your vehicle.

We do not guarantee horsepower or torque outcomes, compatibility, fitment, part availability, pricing, install time or difficulty, emissions legality, track or class legality, roadworthiness, safety, reliability, durability, or preservation of any vehicle or part warranty. Estimates vary with hardware, fuel quality, calibration, engine condition, dyno type, market pricing and environment.

Before purchasing, installing or tuning anything, you must independently verify fitment and part compatibility for your exact vehicle, confirm installation and calibration requirements with a qualified professional, and comply with all applicable laws including emissions, noise and vehicle equipment regulations in your jurisdiction. Some products referenced in the app are marked by their vendors as off-road or competition use only.

Modifying a vehicle carries real risk of mechanical failure, fire, injury, death, property damage, voided warranties, failed inspections and legal penalties. By using TorqPlan you acknowledge those risks and accept full responsibility for the modifications you choose to make.

TorqPlan links to third-party manufacturer and retailer websites. We do not sell, ship, warrant or support those products, and we are not responsible for third-party content, pricing, availability or conduct. All vehicle, manufacturer, product and company names, logos and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used only for truthful identification and compatibility reference. Their appearance does not imply sponsorship, endorsement or affiliation unless we state so explicitly.

Accounts are optional. You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for activity under your account. You agree not to misuse the service — including scraping or bulk-extracting our data, reverse engineering, interfering with or overloading the service, attempting to access other users' data, or using TorqPlan for unlawful purposes.

You keep ownership of the build configurations and text you enter. You grant us the limited permission needed to store, process and display that content back to you, and — if you create a share link — to anyone holding that link, for the purpose of operating the service.

The core planner is free. TorqPlan Pro is an optional paid subscription offered on a recurring monthly or annual basis. The price, currency, billing cadence and any applicable taxes shown on the checkout page at the time you subscribe control. Our current plans are $9.99 per month and $79.99 per year.

By subscribing you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method the subscription amount plus any applicable taxes, automatically at the start of each billing period, until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store your full card number.

• Automatic renewal: your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until you cancel.
• Cancellation: you can cancel any time from Manage Subscription in My Garage, which opens the Stripe customer portal. An ordinary cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid term and Pro access continues through that term.
• Account deletion: if you delete your account, we cancel your subscription immediately and Pro access ends immediately. See Delete your account & data.
• Refunds: payments are generally non-refundable and are not prorated for partial periods, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
• Failed payments: if a charge fails, our processor may retry it. If payment is not completed, your subscription may be downgraded to Free or suspended. Saved builds are never deleted — creating additional builds may simply be blocked again.
• Price changes: we may change subscription pricing. We will give you notice before a new price applies to your subscription, and you may cancel before the new price takes effect.

The TorqPlan name, interface, original copy, curated compatibility rules, install-effort data and reference datasets are owned by Boost Em Up Capital LLC and protected by applicable law. You may use the app for your own personal build planning. You may not copy, redistribute or commercially exploit our data or interface without written permission.

The service is provided on an as-available basis. We may change, suspend, limit or discontinue features, data or the service at any time, and we may update these terms. Your continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boost Em Up Capital LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, vehicle damage, engine or drivetrain failure, personal injury, fines, or costs of parts, labor or repairs, arising from your use of TorqPlan or from decisions made using it. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and the state and federal courts located in Arizona are the intended venue for disputes, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
